He was great! He was kind and tells us what the problem was. After he was finished he checked it twice. If the drain gets clogged again I will call this guy again!! I was very satisfied.

I contacted Skrt Plumbing & Heating after our water heater malfunctioned. They replied promptly and were able to make a same-day appointment for us. They were punctual and very professional and arranged to bring some parts after diagnosing what the issue might be. They provide great customer service and we finally decided to get a new water heater.

Sean was very responsive, courteous, and professional. He worked to diagnose the source of the leak and then came back the next morning with help to perform the repair. I highly recommend using this service and will do so myself again for any future plumbing needs. Also, the service completed was fairly priced in my opinion for the amount of time spent on site.
